Scaling the interface beyond 1.0 makes the character creation screen unreadable since things start to overlap and run above and below the edge of the screen. This also effects whenever you try to change your costume at the tailor. In both cases, the default size of everything is already very large, so perhaps those screens could be set to NOT scale with the interface slider? As of now, I need to slide the bar down everytime I do anything and then slide it back up while I play.

Yes! This is SOOO annoying and it's been happening since beta. I play on a big, wide screen with my resolution set to 1680x1050. The default interface size is just too small on that resolution for these old eyes to grapple with, so I usually set it to around 1.25. At that scale setting:
- Many costume parts are hidden, you can't scroll to them, they just don't appear (in both the tailor screen and the costume creation screen).
- The individual bank slots scale up but the bank window itself does not, so you effectively can't see the first couple of bank slots on the left side. Again, no way to scroll here in order to see the slots.
Those are the situations I've found that are affected, but I always wonder if there are others. Who knows what I'm missing by having my interface scale at a setting that doesn't make me go blind?
I have reported and submitted steps to reproduce in game, would be awesome to get some dev acknowledgment of this issue.
