Graphical oddity in Canada

There seems to be something going on with the Inlay metal chest in Canada that doesn't happen in the other zones. Basically, it gets really bright and ends up not matching the rest of the costume.

The first shot is how i look in all the other zones, the legs look a little darker due to the angle, but they are the same:

In the first shot the legs and chest are color linked in the creator. In the second shot, the chest is actually two shades darker in the creator, and it's still much more silver than gray,

Well it looks to be a VERY VERY reflective material and since Canada is mostly snow... I' mnot suprised it comes out a lot brighter there.

It's not nearly as reflective in any of the other zones, and even if were shouldn't the legs and chest still be the same color?

I care less about the fact that it looks like chrome than the fact the legs and chest no longer match.
