Powerhouse

Hey guys,

I'm just curious about the powerhouse and respeccing.

I was low level and i just tried out a few random powers while in the powerhouse just for fun. I was under the understanding that this was the purpose of the powerhouse and I could just swap the powers out for others at no charge (as long as i didn't leave the powerhouse). But it charged me to respec.

Is this how it is supposed to be or did i do something wrong?

The cost to respec a power that you learned during the same visit to the Powerhouse shoudl be 0. If it's not 0, put in a bug report.
