I filed a ticket last night, and my ticket was responded to (not via tell but in the ticket system) stating that I needed to supply more information. So I edited my ticket with more information, and went back to play. I kept checking the ticket all night (and morning long) like 12 or so hours later the edited ticket was still not responded to.
Does the editing of the ticket screw it up? Does it not get put back into the stack, or back in improperly?
NOTE: This is NOT a post about incompetent GMs (hell I used to BE a GM for another company) but rather a concern that tickets might not be working right.
PS: It would be nice if there was some notification, like an in game mail, when your ticket gets commented on by a GM. I have no idea when they asked me for more information in the ticket. I just happened to check the status and saw the notes.
