They should be going to the c:\program files\cryptic\champions online\live\screenshot folder.

well you could be like me and have an alpha build that is updated and updated in that case it would be.
c:\program files\champions online\champions online\live\screenshots
or if like me you didn't install it in program files then it would be somewhere like.
c:\games\champions online\champions online\live\screenshots.

ugh I keep searching idk why I can find champions online but only the app not the folder

You're not running vista64 are you? because then it's be in c:\programfiles(x86)\cryptic studios.
edit: also if you have a desktop shortcut, hit properties and see where it is from there.
