I think it would be great to see our the weapons we can alter when we select that tab in the tailor. As it is now, I have to spend a fair amount in the tailor's just to get my weapons to look the way I want, and in some cases, to even see what a skin looks like. The melee weapons are rather easy to identify, but the munitions ones just say things like "Modern #X", which would mean having to try every one of them to get something that suits my character.
