WITCHCRAFT.. i can not find this person at all in the tutiral. the onyl hero i need and i cant find her. Any help?

She's at the very end of the tutorial after Defender when you choose if you are going to Canada or the desert. She will be beside Ravenspeak and behind the Mayor. Talk to her for the 'We are Champions' perk.

You don't actually talk to him, you get credit for talking when you finish the instanced mission before you reach the mayor and witchcraft.
