Tried openning this page:

In IE8 and Mozilla 3.0.13 and safari on my IPod touch and it never expands the subheadings so you can read them (General. UI/Chat, Powers, etc.).

Not sure where I should have posted this. Where should we post website related bugs in the future?

I'm guessing here, but I think the patch notes are really short because they only changed those two things. I think all the subheadings were just copy pasta from all the other patch notes.

I'm probably wrong though.
