Ok. I know archery, due to its stand still and fire setup is not the best pvp, but we were all lvl 20 in pvp and I'm hitting certain folks with sonic arrow for 10-15 (which whould be 300-400 on a mob) - any ideas why?

They are probably blocking, or using passive/active defensive skills.

This is not a PvP game. Was never intended be balanced and wont be interwoven into the fabric of this game in any meaningful way. Aside from the fact that this isnt a pvp game, its bad enough the kiddies are complaining that they lost in pve and dont want penalties for losing to a predictable, computer-controlled mob, the crying will be 10-fold if this game ever has anything that is true pvp-related aside from the meaningless and mundane non-sensicle 'dual' or 'cage-match'.
