Since Support seems to be suffering from a backlog, maybe I can get a reply here.

I purchased a lifetime sub, however it has yet to show up as a activated feature on my account page. The payment did come out of my bank account though. I double checked with Support earlier in the week, and they confirmed that the Lifetime sub has been applied to my account. So I log in yesterday for the Head Start and do not have any of the costume items or perks from the Lifetime sub, and my account still does not show the lifetime sub as listed.

My wife purchased a lifetime sub right after I did, and it shows on her account page, and she has the ingame items.

It just seems like a simple oversight in not updating my account information. I have a ticket in, but there must be a pretty long line :)
