Hi guys and gals,
I not only pre-ordered Champs from Best Buy.com for myself, but for my two sons as well. Needless to say we're all eager to learn how we can access the early start, but have received nothing, save for an email confirmation of the order.
When I tried to log on this morning, the server was down and I saw this message:
"No shards found. You have a ticket with one permission pairs, but no shards were found."
Help.
