Sorcery? Broken?

I dont use the forums too much and i have yet to try out sorcery, i've been hearing that its some what broken and unuseable. Can anyone explain why?

I was thinking of using Arcane Vitality and some of the buffs from sorcery are these powers still ok to use?

As much as I can work out (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) the starting powers (the Eldritch ones) aren't currently couting towards your tier at the moment (due to a bug) So instead of being able to get Arcane Vitality for example once you have your third ability in the Arcane tree, you actually need to get 2 more (so 5 total, like anyone who hasn't specced into Arcane at all) in order to be able to use it.

A dev post recently suggested that it should be fixed soon... (as in within the next couple of days) so we'll wait and see what happens.

Also Skarn's Bane doesn't appear to work at all.

Ressurection requires ungodly amounts of endurance.
