Where is my preorder bonus items

Hello, i received a email day ago that was saying that i will get my preordered items(insect thingy and lvl 0 flight) when i enter my pre-order key which i entered week ago for open beta. I know that dev said that we will get at launch but that email said this :
*Bonus pre-order items, will be automatically attached to your account upon entry of your pre-order code

Yeah, I think either GameStop had a mess up there or Cryptic did, but from what the Developers have been posting, you won't get your bonuses until after you put in a retail code, not just a pre-order code. I got the same e-mail and I was excited to have my stuff in head start, but I got my hopes up.

Yeah, I ran into the same issue with my Game Stop pre-order. The thing is, you need the retail code to access the bonus content, but you don't get the retail code until you have the box/digital download in hand. Unfortunately, those still seem to be moving on the official launch schedule, not the early start program...

If you look around and read you will discover that Cryptic made a tactical error in negotiating things with retail vendors. A tactical error they won't repeat in the future. They let the US distributors negotiate that the retail key + preorder key would unlock the goodies.

What this means for you is that none of us in the US will get the headstart goodies associated with purchasing the game until we have the retail keys entered next week. :p Now if you get goodies from the lifetime subscription they are applied. Or if you have a european preorder key you will have everything unlocked.
