I was able to upload my own. Did you hit submit at the bottom of the page after browsing to your picture?
The "My Characters" page seems to have disappeared, so you can't pick one of those anymore. I liked that feature.

Yeah, I did. I didn't have problems before with game characters or my own pics showing up.

I finally got mine to work by resizing as a square (100x100) and the file has to be <50k.

I'm still having this problem. None of my characters show up in my profile, and uploading an avatar does nothing -- it just never shows up.

the larger avatars typically exceed the allowed file size.
using gif file type gets it down in size a lot.

Im under 100x100 and 50kb jpeg...still no avatar.
Since i uploaded around 5678 forum avatars in my intraweb life i somehow doubt the problem lies on my side :o
I can see it on the front page, but not here.

I've got the same problem as InkEye. The control panel accepts the avatar and it shows up under settings, but not on the forums.

Well, the "My Characters" thingy is working again. Have you tried that?

Mine characters finally started showing up just now. I didn't really do anything to correct the problem, though. Check to see if it's working now.

Can't use that, I'm not in the early start.

I'm sure it should be fixed soon. I'm not planning on changing mine to find out :p

With all due respect, a dev response would be great, at least to see if you guys are aware of the problem.

Just to make sure....I tried files that were under 50k and had the problem. It was not until I actually resized the image to a square (100x100) AND under 50k that it took.
