This is probably a silly question , but will regen and ego form work at the same time or is it just one or the other ?

You can only use 1 passive slot power at a time. However, Ego Form is an offensive power, you can use it in the Offense role while you use Regen when you're in a Defensive role. Most people only take one or the other though.
