Are all the energy building ranged attacks has the same range?
Is there one which range scales with a stat or level?
Is there one which damagae scales with a stat or level?

Which one is the best ranged area attack? (that does the most damage)

I still have these questions, please somebody answer.

Also there is another question, is there a console command to face the target? I know there is follow, but that doesn't work in pvp. Thanks!

all ranged builders have the same distance, and all attacks scale both by level and the stats you choose as a character focus
