so im like many from the UK who have recieved our headstart keys, and they seem to already be active, i have tickted cryptic yesterday and still have no answer. I know alot of people who had the same issue with gamestop in US have had there keys replaced.... (hoping there not ignoring the UK population here), i really would like an answer of some sort as this all seems so unfair....unhelpful.....and disorganised.
Yes Cryptic might be busy, but why on earth are they alienating the future paying customers who have actually pre-ordered the game from there own website with the retailers they suggested. Please dont send us back to our retailers on bank holiday weekend as you know we will not get a response.
I just want to get into game and have a headstart code that actually works, I would like someone from cryptic to actually answer my concerns instead of ignoring them.
