Setting Chat UI back to default?

Hello,

I minimized the chat text, the active and inactive windows of my chat UI in attempt to increase FPS. Now the words are too small to read and the windows are gone so I cannot click on the settings option again.

Is there are way to set the UI back to default?

Can anyone help? I have to squit really hard to see the text now. I tried clicking around the tex, hoping to click on the invisible settings button but I guess it is gone with the active windows.
