All the custom framework Innate characteristics seem to have vanished due to a bug that didn't allow from every characteristic to be shown when you respeced. In a developer post earlier it was stated that they hoped to add the rest of them again at some point and when questioned as to how one would go about changing their innate characteristics down the line the developer said that your best option would simply be to respec and keep your innate characteristics at the top of your respect list.. and just respec every level to keep it there.
Personally I'm unhappy with any of the IC choices they've left me with, and am perfectly willing to respec constantly if I have to... unfortunately right now respecing is bugged so I can't possibly make enough money to respect once, let alone every level... It's left me in quite a pickle, and a bitter tasting one at that...
