Is the UI laggy for anyone else?

I press buttons, commands don't execute till after a short enough pause that it gets me killed. Windows pop up while I type and focus changes and the UI goes ape **** opening and closing 20 different windows. Movement seems to lag behind the keys, etc...

Anyone else having sluggish response to input?
