Play.com uk invalid key?

Tried to log in yesterday with the key mailed to me by Play.com uk. I got 'this key is already in use' My son ordered from Amazon and is now playing(!) and he has his pre-order items... Tried to contact Play but it is bank holiday weekend so, no luck there.

Anyone else had this from Play? If so, any luck getting it sorted?

A lot of us are also getting the same problem from GAME codes - nothing yet on when/how it's going to be sorted out. I've put in a ticket with both Cryptic and GAME, so hopefully one of them will help out - it might be worth you doing that too.

i had the same problem, but it was because its the same code as the open beta so the code has already been registered to u so u will be able to log in fine, play confused things by sending out 2 emails with the same code on it :(

Ahh i see! I have tried to log on but always says server down even though my son is able to log on, no problem. Tried many times to log in so I though maybe it had something to do with an invalid key.

Also, when I go to account area there are no details of game -- although maybe that is because it is early access... ok, many thanks for info. I'll keep trying.:)
