What are the main stats I should be focusing on as a Telekinetic.... I don't really understand what stat, if any, is making my powers do more damage.... or do they just do more damage as I level? and rank them up?
Also.... "Recovery" shows + Energy Strength.... ??? and + Energy Equilibrium....????
What does that mean, it doesnt increase the amount of energy I have.... soooooo.... ??? Ya I'm confused.

The 'Super' stat you pick the first time at the trainer determines which stat will give you damage bonus on all attacks. It can be any stat you want. This is true for any framework, not just TK. Once you pick your super stat, the higher that stat, the bigger the damage bonus.
For example, if you picked 'Super Dexterity' at the trainer, your dex score will now show a damage bonus when you mouse over it. This is kind of nifty because it lets you, rather than the game determine what you want your damage bonus from.
So your best bet is to tie it to a stat thats also useful to your powers. I couldnt say which is best for you but as far as TK goes...(If I'm remembering correctly)
Dex- Increases your chance to critical hit
Ego- Increases the severity of your critical hits (how much damage you crit for) and is also used instead of your Strength score to determine what objects you can lift and throw with the Telekinesis power.
End- gives a damage bonus when using 'ID Blades' from TK (thats the powers that make you dual wield)
Con- Gives a bonus to the damage resistance on the TK energy form.
One of those would be good bets for your super stat.
As to your other question 'Energy Equilibrium' determines how much energy you have when not fighting something. You may have noticed your blue bar doesnt fill all the way when just standing around. Thats what determines it.

The +Energy Strength on Recovery increases the amount of energy you get when you are using your energy builder and other powers that may give energy. Equilibrium is the little set of arrows that determines where your energy pool sits when not in combat. Endurance also boosts the amount of energy you get from your energy builder as well as giving you a larger energy pool.
For a Telekinesis build I would go with Super Endurance (for more damage on Id Blades and good energy management) and Super Dexterity for crits. Ego, Con, and Recovery would be the other stats to go for on your gear.
