Planning on building a tank to start, followed later by DPS and a support build. Need a few opinions making sure I picked the right powers and talents. Tear it up so I can improve on it.

Is Laser Knight worth it?
Reapers Caress is very questionable. Just another AOE option and will enable Laser Knight.
