Telekinesis bugged, similar to Sorcery?

So I just hit level 17 and I have 5 powers in Telekinesis: Kinetic Bolts, Ego Weaponry, Ego Blade Frenzy, Ego Choke and Ego Surge. I also have Regeneration. However I am unable to purchase any tier 3 powers in TK like Ego Blade Breach.

I sent in an in-game ticket but I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. I'd rather not have to wait until level 26 or something to get my Breach :(

Well I got a response to my in-game ticket: "We are pleased to let you know that your issue has been addressed. It should be incorporated into one of our future patches."

At least Cryptic listens even if no one on the boards seems to care :D

It seems sorcery was fixed in today's patch but TK is still bugged and you can't get tier 3 powers when ego surge or ego form is one of the 5 prior powers. So if the issue has been fixed why wasn't it included in the patch today?

I noticed this issue last night. I hit 14 on my TK user with all TK powers (ego surge was one of them), and I noticed that I could not choose any tier 3 powers. This is bad for me because I don't want any other tier 2 powers from TK. I just logged off in the powerhouse....I guess I'm going to have to shelf this character too, just like my "main" sorcery user. At least now I can play that toon. I sincerely hope they fix this issue faster than the Open Beta + Headstart it took them to fix sorcery.
