Item Issue

I've come across some items with descriptions so big that I'm unable to see all of it's stats. If I scale the UI size down I can manage to see them, but it makes it hard to read. People with really good screen resolutions may not have this problem, but people like me with less then stellar resolutions do.

Also, I gotta admit, I'm a little lost on all this item actually does. That's a hell of a lot of green text and stats...

I've picked up a few "spammy" items like that, where the tooltip is just all over the place. I believe it's a bug, I'd put in a bug report in the game and see if it's something they need to take a look at. Just make sure to explain what the issue is and which item is doing it.
