Sorc has had some work recently...

I think the development team is well aware this powerset needs some tweaks and im sure we will see them in the near future... it had some issues addressed in the end of open beta etc....

Ok, people obviously don't know what the problem is, so let me explain. Cryptic has broken sorcery so that you cannot spec through the sorcery framework beyond tier 1 powers. You have to take multiple powers from outside the framework to get to tier 2.

Please see my post here for an explanation:

yes, demand immediate and magic fairy dust fixes that fix it "now!!!"

try constructive feedback, it gets you much farther...people walk into my store going "my PC wont boot and I need it tonight for my guild meeting, fix it today!"

you know where that machine gets placed? behind all the others to get done, even the ones that was "we will get around to it oneday" stack.

come in asking "do you have time to look at this today? its rather important I get it back as soon as you can get around to it"
I work on it while they are there.

While I too am unhappy that sorcery is broken, I approve this message.

/approved. I intentionally keep jackasses waiting longer. The nice people get dealt with quickly. Postivie reinforcement worked wonders for me, and had the majority actualy apologize.

No need to be jerks here people. Considering all the time I spend every week dealing with customers and customer support I think its fair to say everyone can have an off day right? Considering the giant thread I started before collecting information for Sorcery as well as what we thought needed to be done to help make Sorcery better as a whole, I think those of you who visited that thread know better than most that I do know what the problems are, and at the moment I don't feel like regurgitating the many many issues we covered in that thread before it was wiped off the forums twice.

I just honestly find it shocking that after everything that's been said and done, and after this split was supposed to make it "easier" that they would muck it up this bad when its down to the wire.

I've made more than my fair share of constructive criticisms for Sorcery, what have you done lately?

Looks like it'll be fixed soon enough. That's good enough for me.

As an aside, the tiering bug made me revamp my spec for Malcamber, and I've really been enjoying the new setup I came up with. I'll still get all the support goodies I've come to love, but it'll just be a bit later. :)
