Dex and Heals

About to buy my 2nd Super stat and I was curious to know. Has it been confirmed that Dex effects Heal crits as well, or is it just Presence that effects Heal Power?

Dex affects heal crits unless it's changed from end of OB to now. I haven't tested since headstart.

Thanks, ill roll with that as my 2nd, dodge can make up for the con with the right gear. Con being my alternative choice

Dex doesnt seem to increase dodge unless you take LR however this might be a bug
