are the Qularr pistols still dropping in the tutorial zone?
I cant seem to get it to drop.....been farting around in there killing randomly for a couple hours.
I really would like to have them for a toon. ( im such a geek, I planed out this guys look pretty detailed in beta.
anyone get them as a drop?
are they bind on loot, or equip?
anyone have one that feels generous :)......

I got one during the open beta. Is it good? I only ask because the info was so large my screen couldn't show all of it.

Oh. o_O I assumed you had to do it after the crisis zones. Didn't know stuff was dropping in the tutorial

I got one here when I logged in this afternoon and started to remake my Beta characters, I have no idea how to use the thing though I like actions it does according to its description. Maybe it is because I got it on my Blades character that I can't properly use it?

It's a power replacer, it'll replace effects when youd normally pull out your pistol in munitions.
It also unlocks the pistol if you like the looks but not the powers.

I got it on my pistol toon earlier today, it is awsome power replacer making your pistols shoot toxic instead of peircing and has a all damage resist debuff and works with all the dual pistol munitions it seems from the list of powers it replaces.

You must be munitions to be able to use the effects. Effects do not work for the said weapon if you don't have that said skill unless it's one of those armor things that is counted as click powers. I am dual pistols munitions so I can use it, if I tried to use dual swords it won't work. It only works if you have the weapon skill for it.

gah......three toons through the tutorial so far...and still no... *sigh.
I got so used to the look of those pistols in beta...I hope I can get ahold of them.

You could always just buy it from someone, just hop from shard to shard asking if anyone has it and if they'd be willing to sell it.

Oh irony, the two pistols that work decently for my toon is the VI-SI Shellie Blaster and the Qularr pistol... Of course the Shellie doesnt unlock the costum option and the qularr pistol isnt dropping at all. Grah >_<

So it is Bind on Equip correct? I don't want to stay in the tutorial forever farming this with my main. So I could move on and create a new character to just farm the tutorial for it and then trade it when(IF) I get it to drop?
Am I getting that right?
Don't want to leave the tutorial and be screwed out of getting one but it isn't dropping for me and I'm holding up my hubby who's leveling with me.

And btw: Arent they identical to the crafted ARMS replacement?
If so, then You could very easily just craft ones (skill lvl 85, afair).

There's no reason to farm these. You can craft an arms pistol with the exact same model.

Did you find you still got any drops in the tutorial at that level? I've not found a thing, since my gun-hunting character hit 5th.

I got the Qularr pistols earlier in beta. Didn't really like the look of those, or the green blobs they shoot. I also found some Security Guard pistols on my archer from some random mob in Millennium City, but didn't test those.

It doesn't duplicate that i can tell, but it does list all the effects of the powers it changes so you are effectively seeing all the pistol power descriptions in that window one after the other filling up the screen.
