No idea if this is either possible or needed, but interested to know if anyone knows if it would work.

For late-game super-tanking against big bosses and other unusually tough fights...

Take Defiance, Regen, and Defensive Combo.

Use defiance in balanced mode until it is fully stacked, then switch to defensive role with Regen on and use Defensive combo to keep your defiance stack full.

Thoughts?

There really isnt any need... your thinking of this game from a hard core point of view... and its not designed like that its designed to be fun :-)

Take defiance, and rank up a shield skill to level 3, Pick up some heals and stuff and ur fine...
