Well, I am looking to unlock the perk "The new pollution" and I need to do "Mother nature can be a real..." and I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of the mission or whatever mission arc leads up to it :)

I looked over the entire lvl 10+ area and did not find this quest. Does anyone know where to find it?

Hiker's Horror is part of that perk, it's in the same location as the cure the diseased animals quest or the something fishy quest.

However, this quest was notoriously buggy, so they may have disabled it in order to fix it.

Does any DEV have any answers on this subject? I really hate being out of canada and not having that perk that I should have. Will I be able to go back and get that mission to finish the perk at a later time?

Not a lot of Dev comments about bugged missions. They tend to comment when they've fixed it, but not before. I imagine it would be one of the things that would be a priority before launch, but who knows? I'm pretty happy with the game, but I would really like all the content to work properly as soon as possible.

Yes.

I did that during CB, was in my mid 20s before I finally finished it, because I had a McCoy (the only one I didn't have) spawn without issues. And at that point, I was merely passing through that area, as opposed to actually hunting for him.

Until you are able to complete Hiker's Horror you can't complete this quest.. the Hiker's are in game but the quest they give isn't being given...
