One ticket with permission pairs but no shards found?!

Ok so I don't have any idea on what is going on. Everything was working just fine until today and now I can't access Champions. I ordered from D2D which I've heard multiple things about. Now could it be that I can't access is because I do not have a subscription set up at this moment in time? If anyone has any idea, please let me know.:confused:

Try re-entering your key for your account. That's fixed it for some people.

What do you mean "Re-enter my key" I've re-entered my key but it always pops up that the key is already in use.

Just entered my key and am getting the same 'no shard found You have a ticket with 1 pairs..." message. Not only is the message cryptic (appropriate I suppose), but it is partially obscured by the graphics and runs past the window so cannot be read in its entirety.:rolleyes:

So are there any official type people who can tell us what this means?

My guess is that there is a lag between entering the key and updating the login server database.

I have the exact same problem, Pre-Ordered from gamestop digital downloads, unable to log innat all. Even when the beta closed i was still able to log in. Anyone solved this issue?

OK so the game's installed fine, but when I try to log in I get "server down" on the launcher and PATCH is a big gray unclickable star. Next to (and behind) it is this text:

I come here and the support site says the server is up. What's the deal? I have a friend with the same preorder from the same retailer and he's been playing all day, but I can't get in. Only difference tween us is he has a 6 month prepaid and I don't. Is that the issue? I'm not keen on shelling out $120 in one week on one game, someone official please post some useful information please.

No Shards found means your account is not set up yet you have to make a subsciption selection enter your card info and your all set

Really not into buying a month of gaming when it comes with a free month -.- Since im getting the same problem, so someone please figure out a way that doesnt involve buying more so i can even try the game >.<

This is a subscription based MMO . You have to have a subscription to play.

The 30 days you get with the game is not a free trial, It is a subscription bonus like when you get 12 issues of a magazine when you pay for 11 issues. Only thing here is your are not charged for your subscription until the end of the 30 days bonus. So if you cancel before your 30 days are up you willnot be charged and your game account will be inactive.
