The powerset says I should focus in end and ego as a primary munitions character, is this true, and should I take them as my superstats? I'm asking because prior I played a power armour character and the reccomended int was not what to really go for.

You sure those are the recommended?

I'd go DEX/EGO and get Killer Instinct. I crit so often I rarely need to use END builder, and things die quickly enough you don't need much CON.

Does Killer Instinct fit in that slot where passive defensives go? Because I thought the defensive ones are much more worthwhile.

I played munition in the OB and went full Ego/Dex. You'll get -err, forgot the name, power upgrades and all- that makes you regen endurance on crit for almost every gun attack. If HP's your conserne, take the healing bots from the gadget power sets, or simply blast everything that moves with the mini-mines. Those things are crazy.

Nope. It's passive but it doesn't take your slot.
