Since when do you get a second costume slot at level 8? I thought that was 15.

I thought so,..but I can't change it so I have different costumes on each of my builds.

You get an extra costume slot at lvl 15, and another one by joining a guild.

There's additional costume slots at 15, 30, and when you join a supergroup. Don't know if you can unlock more with perks or not.

Too bad they charge you for every freakin' little thing on your new costumes.
I don't see why the first time you make a new costume it can't be free.

Maybe some level 15s don't want to pay 10 Global resources to have a second costume. Chances are by then they'd be lucky to have one Global. It's how they designed it with CoH. It should be the same here. Either that or a severe discount or a flat fee instead of a per-changed thing.
What would be the point of unlocking a costume slot at a level you won't have the resources to enjoy it with?
