Preorder Items?

I preordered at Game Stop so I have Head Start capability. I recall getting wings for my characters out of this deal too. Where do I find them? I looked in the character creator and my mail. I should also get $5 of Cryptic money for micro transactions, but I don't see that on my account page on the main site either.

Anyone know what's up?

You don't get those bonus items until after you apply the retail code from buying the game.

I got the following from gamestop. I bet the wings are in the current broken C Store...

*Bonus pre-order items, will be automatically attached to your account upon entry of your pre-order code. In addition, if you have purchased Game Time Cards, 6-Month Subscriptions, Lifetime Subscriptions, or are eligible for additional promotional items, codes for these programs may be entered through the same process. Multiple promotional and game time codes can be added to a single account (although only a single retail code may be attached). Bonus in-game items will be accessed in one of three ways:

Special costume pieces may be added to your character during character creation, available in the Treasure Chest tab on the far right.
Activate and deactivate an action figure in-game by clicking on your character portrait, selecting info, and clicking on the action figure icon located in the Action Figures tab.
Functional Items can be redeemed via the Cryptic Store: click on the menu button on your mini-map, select C Store, and purchase them – they’re priced at zero Cryptic Points, just for you.

Eh? Where does it say that you can't activate the items on an already made character?

You can edit your costume at the tailor, and you get the items through the C-Store.

EU pre-orders got their items with their pre-order code, US pre-orders have to wait for the retail codes.

I didn't get my Cryptic Points for pre order with my pre-order code.

I pre-ordered from Best Buy and got some of the promised perks...some little munchkins following me around and the cryptic points but not the other bonuses. Any idea when Cryptic will be working to fix this? My toons could really use all the stat bonus!

I got from play.com, the preorder, but didn't get the special items the offer said. (extra resistence etc...)
