I really don't mind the respec changes, and I think I understand why it was changed to it's current form, but I would like to request a "store" type NPC in the power house so we can sell our tutorial loot if we feel the need to respec our innate talent.
It's currently 15 silver to fully respec on the first visit to the power house, and at level 6, I only had 3 silver and 30-ish copper from mission rewards. I did however, have enough stuff to sell to make the 15 silver mark, but alas no store NPC and once ya leave after the first time, you'll have to pay for all your other skills as well.
Currently, if you go in, and did not sell, you will be re-rolling to fix your stats, and I doubt that was done intentionally.

You can always re-spec, remove your 'new' skills at no cost, leave without taking new skills to sell your trash and then come back. :)

or they can just implement an NPC you can sell to in the Power House. It's not game breaking. It would be alot less hassle for them to add the NPC than the accumulated hassle to all the player-base.

i totally agree with this. heck why not make the power house more of a social point. or better yet one stop instead of running around looking for specific crafters and sellers.

Mmmm, I dunno, I'de consider it a sort of social point already.
In beta I would hang out in the weight room testing powers and people would come in, duel and chat.
Also, Its pretty much up to the player base where the social points are. Cliques will form and certain areas will take precedence over others. The best cryptic can do is offer some viable locations for this and wait and see.

Anytime something new is added, can in fact be game breaking, because it can and often does introduce new bugs. Some of which can break the game, ie. cause crashes.

If they--in the current engine--are unable to add a vendor to the game without introducing potential game breaking bugs, we (all of us) have bigger problems than being short a few resources for the initial respec.
