Are the servers up?

Everytime I log on the servers are down. I pre-ordered the game from gamestop and entered the preview code on the website. Was there supposed to be two sets of codes (one for open beta and headstart)?

if your preorder included open beta and the headstart, only the one code is needed. cryptic is just dragging their feet on the login server.
