Married couple looking for others

I am an old man with a young wife and we love to play MMO's. Our son goes to bed around 9:00p.m. Pacific (Oregon) and we plan on playing from 1-3 hours most nights from 9:00p.m. to probably no later than midnight Pacific time.

We plan on cracking open a bottle of wine or a have a few seasonal beers and sit down to enjoy some game time with some other couples.

If we cannot find a super group that fits our criteria, we will end up creating one. Would be perfect if you are from Oregon or Washington.

We want:
A small super group of around 6-10 people that will hang out with and play.
Casual but competitive mindsets.
Community and friendship.
People who have children, bills to pay and BBQ's.

What we do not want:
We do not mesh well with people who use terms like" pwn", "l33t" and "WTFBBQQ!!1!".
We also are not power levers and enjoy taking our time.


I know the above sounds a bit harsh to some, but after playing MMO's for many years, we are just at that age where we like to just say what we want. We are a little disgruntled about the MT's in CO but what the heck, as long as the game is fun and we get the community we are looking for, it will be a small price to pay.

I joined that network so I could see your general chat forum and it said only guild members are allowed to read and post. I wanted to ask about when you said you are a casual and hardcore super group. In our experience this does not work when building a community because the hardcore players will out level the "slow" casual players. How do you plan to balance this?

There are some questions I have like:
How many people are in your super group currently?
Are there other couples in your super group besides you and your wife?

As far as the transition from casual to hardcore goes, in most cases the hardcore players double back and help out. At least I know I do on a regular basis as my wife is more casual and I'm more hardcore. Currently we have 7 people in our supergroup (counting my wife and myself), and 1 other couple atm. Course if one of the other officers gets his girlfriend to play then we'll have 2 other couples and 8 people. To get access to the site you have to set up an account through Guildlaunch, once you have done that there is a link on the left side of our website that says apply to Supergroup. All you have to do is click the link and follow the directions, I check for applications multiple times during the day so I'll see it probably shortly after you do so.

Hello! Feel free to take a look into Zeta Force!

We're just starting up our recruiting and are greatly looking forward to playing Champions Online with everyone. Zeta Force is a medium-RP superteam based out of Canada. Well then you should come check out the Spartans because we are a fun group that don't might killing the bad guys. WE believe in Freedom for all and our moto is "No Retreat, No Surrender" We are a small enough group that slowly growing bigger every day with members from all around the world in all time zones from teens to seniors of singles and couples. Also we are very easy to find since we have been on the first page of the superteam Section for months now.

Hey Blax, I like you are also a married gamer... the family that plays together stays together i say. My wife and I are also looking for other married couples in which to game with when CO rolls out. We bring with us a few other couples as well. Unfortunately we are East Coasters, but that doesnt mean we cant have some kind of affiliation with each other.
For us i think the general consensus was to forgo super groups and build up the friend lists, so hopefully when the game launches we can send some messages back and forth, look forward to gaming with you, and welcome to the community!
