Looking for a Super Team

I'm looking at making a tank or healing character when the game is released. I am 20 and play at very random times of the day, as my work schedule varies. I am in PST time and am fine with any role playing requirement made. Looking mostly for something semi-serious along with VENTRILO rather than teamspeak and on an extremely populated server, as in City of Heroes the one populated server always had groups and fun people to run into.
