Calling all Champions Online Fansites!

We're about to launch a new fansite listing. If you've created a Champions Online fansite and you'd like to be on that listing, please send an email to fansite@crypticstudios.com and we'll add you to the listing. Please include a 120x120 logo of your website's banner.

Also, add a description of your fansite so that we can include that in our listing.

That's a good question Sol - the reason I ask for a 120x120 is because I'm slapping a visual representation of the fansite up on OUR website. 120x120 are the parameters that we have to work with.

September 1st, 2009. It's not already started and you can't download it anywhere unless you receive a beta key. I highly doubt the game will be free...

If you had looked around, the first bit of this info could have easily been found. Just a heads up. =D

I'm still working on mine. I'm using a Wordpress layout that I've been fiddling with for a few weeks, going to be a news source kinda' page, really fun stuff.

I won't be 100% done for another couple weeks though (only working on weekends right now) will I be able to get into the listing afterwards?

My current Champions blog, Champions Chatterbox (http://champs.e-aagh.net/), where I... well, chatter about Champions Online. It uses a custom made Aristeer 2 Wordpress theme. I was at a loss for the theme's base, so I drew from Champions Online's own motif. I'll be deviating from it in the future as the blog gains an identity (as I did with Alazar (http://alazar.e-aagh.net/), my WoW blog). Enjoy, all. I'll resume updating it tomorrow once I get back in the game.

So how much do we have to put into a site for it to be considered a fansite? Is it loose (like I can simply blog about my characters) or do we need to supply content and stuff?

Thanks for the opportunity to post up our websites. Sadly I don't have a banner/Logo for MMODomination.com, but I guess I should create one. :D

I hope to have the Champions-Online section of MMODomination.com up and running by the end of this month. At the moment i'm experimenting with changing the color scheme since the current one seems a little Villainous for a game about heroes. Only problem is narrowing down the aspect of the site so it looks appealing to visitors.

While millions of fans mourned the untimely death of their idol, Rev Conlin was secretly resurrected and unwillingly drawn into an ongoing war between Heaven and Hell.

Here's a suggestion... Give us some art in a file we can use to promote Champions and make into our logos. Sort of a "Champions fansite starter kit."

A logo is a design and can be of any dimension...same goes for banners, they can be of any dimension.

There are people out there who try to claim that there is standardizations that everyone must follow, but they're full of themselves and it really doesn't matter. lol

They used Championglue for it - it's three times stronger than Superglue, and doesn't get weaker when exposed to Kryptonite. It's hard as hell to unstick, though.
