We're lucky he doesn't glitch like others...Ironclad in MI crisis or Defender ranting about the beacons.

In this case, the mute button is more useful than 1000 lightning arcs. Agreed.

He use to not talk at all. Just word bubbles and blank stares. That was a bug though. Back to repeating dialogue :) Honestly yeah, it's actually much better than being constantly reminded to shut down those beacons.

Imagine the rage clarence would cause if he invaded azeroth. Players bieng flung left and right from his knockbacks, whilst he shrieks random crap, and even Deathwing wouldn't stand a chance. Oh yeah, then there's the 'AMG PLZ NERF CLARENCE' Thread.
on a serious note, I think I find turning the volume down, or even muting it useful..

The downside to him constantly talking is that not too many people are willing to endure that audio loop for 20 minutes, so so it's difficult to get people to help you out through Zone chat.
"Clarence is up in MC #3, Anyone able to help out?"

it's not that he has too much health, it's that the CONSTANT talking keeps large groups away from him in my opinion...
