Chest Textures showing as low-res

First, I'm not sure if this should go here or in the PC/Tech issues forums.

To the issue itself:

All of the textures in the "Chest & Arms" category are displaying at low resolution, or the diffuse map is not properly loading; the texture appears flat and horribly smudgy and pixellated. I have adjusted every video setting the game has to offer from minimum to maximum, and nothing changes for the better. Occasionally the Legs texture, as well as some others, is also displaying as low-resolution.

This is occuring with my own characters and all other characters I am viewing in the game, regardless of location or number of models present in the area.

This was working just fine until sometime last night; I don't recall the exact time but it was very recent.

I have even tried re-installing the game and it did not fix the issue.

Odd that something like that would happen overnight. Are your video card drivers up to date?

I have had an issue where costumes get stuck in low-res mode. It seems to plague some pieces more than others, but generally fixes itself within a minute or two...
