View Full Version : Might want to take a gander at your Tech Support Forums.

I wouldn't normally post this here, but the Cryptic team needs to take a gander at its tech forums. Many people are reporting problems with the launcher/patcher on both the STO forums and CO forums, but there's been narry a word for either of them. This seems to be happening for folks at roughly the same time, the last time the patcher was updated a few days ago.

I'm not among the afflicted, but you have a growing number of ornery customers.

Go ahead and move this to the tech support forum, but when you do, please let those folks know that you're looking at it. Even if it's already a known issue, at least tell them something. Silence just begets further dissatisfaction.

It's the weekend! There's no one at Cryptic to see this or your other posts right now.

Well, there's Tumerboy, but he wouldn't be able to help much with it not being his department :D (besides which, I suspect he posts from his secret, taco-shaped volcano lair anyway)

I know it was the weekend, but I figured it'd still be up by Monday. And lo and behold, you've all helped keep it on the first page.
