Where are the groans, moans, shouts, and death sounds? Why is every villain in the game mute 1 year into the game's life? This is an easy (relatively) fix, isn't it? Isn't it?

Well, it'd be cool is *some* villains made some more noise. It's kinda cool how the Viper guys use the megaphones; "it's him! Get him!" for their buff ability. I could see them adding a chance for enemies to blurt out a random grunt or groan here or there. I wouldn't want it to happen on every one, though, otherwise it'd get annoying...

I know its not the same but the villains have some pretty interesting conversations if you look in the npc log.
For instance by the lake outside steelhead theres two viper guys having the conversation from red vs blue 's first episode! Im inclined to think there must be two until / primus / whatever guys have the other bit of the conversation watching them.

Oh, I totally don't want it to get repetitive, but the silence is deafening. Go play other games where enemies grunt, scream, whatever when they die. It's natural. The missing sound effects for defeat is extremely noticeable and represents (IMO) a massive oversight.

yes, more sound effects for the bad guys! It's true this game is highly silent in some moments, it could be rewarding to hear the deaths of our ennemies, if done in the same spirit as the rest of the game. Especially for the bosses and important characters! If you don't have the money, make a fan submission contest, that would be fantastic!

Vocal tracks are still a problem eh?
At the time of my cancellation, several cutscenes featured characters pointing and posing in dynamic fashion, lips flapping, all wordlessly mute. I can only assume they got that way because of some unpolished scripting.

While voices are pretty easy fix, it isn't a cheap fix since it requires hiring voice actors.

Or find someone that can do it for less. It doesn't have to be expensive.

Hyena-Swine. Just give him a voice and we are good.

But the payoff is a much better sense of immersion, you've only got to hear SW:ToR's VO cast to know that.
/Signed for not emulating Bioware, but to getting as much VO work in-game as possible where appropriate, and the OP is appropriate re: Nemesis missions.

Hyena-Swine. Just give him a voice and we are good.
This is, by far, the worst offender I have came across.
Did he ever have a voice...because it seems like he should and it's just bugged.

SW:TOR probably has a much larger budget compared to to CO. Much easier for them to do it.

Again, doesn't have to be high quality. Just record someone shouting when they get hit in the shins.

I agree, the game needs a bit more voice acting, specially on cutscenes, sometimes it's too quiet.

Holy Hyena-Swine, Flatman.. does he _ever_ need a voice.
The only one not talking in a fully voiced cutscene.. which wouldn't be bad if he didn't have any lines.
Except he does.
Two sentences of them.
>_<!!
