Doesn't do hardly any damage, won't hold most villains for even 2-3 seconds, all it seems to be good for is momentarily stunning weak henchmen. I have it at rank 2 right now, any one noted any other use for it or is it just yet-another have-not power that needs to be retconned out of?

I mainly use it as an AoE taunt. Plus it looks cool.

What ****es me off is I selected it when I full retconned my guy, tried it out in the powerhouse and it worked fine, silly me not knowing that it worked on those villains who happened to be a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 minority...

Although it says 'applies hold protection' I've never had a henchmen resist the stun, so I always use it to stun henchmen, apply fists to villain for 6 sec, reapply Thunderclap, repeat. Easy win.
As it seems to work on all henchmen, regardless of level or 'tough' I find it very useful to cut them down.
I don't use it against villains other than for the taunt advantage.
