Black Mist - the least stealthy ninja on Earth

I don't know, if that is on purpose, but Black Mist, an NPC in Canada, near the outpost, has a real loud voice. Considering that he is ordering his crew to be quiet, it is a bit odd, that you can hear him from far away, before you can even see him. :rolleyes:

Maybe you want to reduce the radius, where you can hear him.
Or lower his voice a bit (like whispering), he is supposed to be a ninja, I take it.

I think its a joke. He is supposed to be a ninja, and constantly orders his minions to be quiet with a loud voice.
