Can we Make Plump Heroes?

Has anyone been able to make a pleasantly plump hero? If not would the devs consider stretching the character creator for more plus size heroes and heroines?

I made a girl named Plumperella in another game which I think would translate well over here:

I remember way back in beta a buddy of mine had a champion named Disco Elvis, he looked like an Elvis impersonator with a big beer belly.

Not sure how he managed that, but it sure made for a convincing "plump" champion.

A dev commented on this saying it would do major bad things and require a LOT of work to make over weight models. It's MUCH more complicated than it seems.

But people have managed to fake it pretty well for males at least. I'm still unsure how they do it exactly but I think they expand the waist a lot and shrink the chest to almost nothing. You don't get Blob but you do get beer bellies.

You can make plumpish/fat looking male toons to a certain degree but at best you can only get "thick" super models for females (some people have made males toons that look like females to get around this).
